This place was amazing and it was beyond our expectations. The kitchen had all the amenities and spices for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon.

Great place and great hosts! Heather and Ben were very responsive and helpful. Nice, peaceful neighborhood and convenient location. The house is lovely and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location. If you are in to biking this is the best spot around. Back 40 trail is one house over. You can easily hop on the trail and run in to Blowing Springs/Gear Garden on either trails or the paved pathway. A little over a mile from the Blowing Springs. House was very spacious for the 5 of us and we could have had a few more people without it seeming tight. Yard is huge and fenced in. Perfect for our puppy to run around and play. Neighbors were all super nice and offered suggestions if needed. Super easy to get to the trails and Bentonville if you wanted to drive. Would stay here again if not camping.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked being out in Bella Vista - it was peaceful. Heather was responsive and anticipated our needs. The house was as described and very comfortable for our family of four. Would stay again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The place was impeccably clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of bedding/blankets for a few chilly nights. There was a large garage with plenty of space for car, bikes and kayak. The hosts were incredibly helpful guiding us in the right direction to get all of the proper permits to fish in the Bella Vista lakes in our watercraft. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The home was very clean and spacious . The property was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of space to relax after a day of bike riding . The kitchen was well equipped . Had an issue with the rice cooker . I called Ben and he answered right away. A new one was delivered that same day. Would definitely recommend staying here .

Beautiful cozy welcoming home in the trees! Right on thr trails for easy access! House was perfect for my family of 5 and dog. Huge fenced in backyard, nice bbq grill on the porch for burgers after a long day biking, and huge couch for all of us to relax and watch a movie. Short drive into Bentonville to hit up all the fun bike parks! Would love to stay again!

Casa Bici was wonderful! Beautiful location that felt extremely private. We loved the huge windows. This was the perfect amount of space for our family. Our son loved the game table and spent most of our indoor time on it. Excellent location with the connecting trail to the Blowing Springs area. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit.

Very great place and hosts. The only complaint I would say is that the blackstone griddle could use attention, and we were not able to use it. But it had everything else we needed and hosts were very responsive and helpful

We had a wonderful stay here for almost a month. The neighbor hood is very peaceful and quiet. The house is very comfortable, the kids were very impressed with the Murphy bed! Thanks for hosting us!
